Broad subject choices
From Year 10, students are able to include
studies in the widely recognised Victorian
Certificate of Education and can gain access
to university level subjects through our
broad curriculum offerings, depending on
their interests and abilities.

Historically, the Yarra Junction campus
(or YJ, as it is affectionately known)
has always been the site for education

Caulfield Grammar School has introduced
an extra teacher to every Year 7 and
Year 8 class. Each girl and boy now has a
learning mentor who closely monitors and

specialist and a learning mentor.
Girls and boys will flourish in an
environment that supports the best
teaching and learning practices. Caulfield
Grammar School is committed to providing
weekly professional development for its
teachers and has developed a culture of
improvement that sees it recognised as one
of Australia's leading schools.
It is a school with a true international
perspective. Students are immersed in
another culture while visiting the school's
own international campus in China; the
school reaches out to other best-practice
schools from around the world to share
ideas and, importantly, each year allocates
places to girls and boys from overseas.
As one school with five campuses, Caulfield
Grammar offers a broader range of learning
experiences and resources than is available
at most schools. The shared expertise
of a large group of specialist staff, top-
quality facilities and the support of a large
community network are clear advantages
Caulfield Grammar has links with
Melbourne's major universities, providing
students with the opportunity to undertake
first-year university subjects while still
attending secondary school.
Girls and boys can board at the school's
Caulfield campus, where accommodation
is provided for approximately 90 students
from Australia and overseas. The head of
